An individual's life-experience knowledge (intellectual-property) needs
to become immortal needs to be preserved.

The Knowledge-Continuity approach identifies critical knowledge &
provides methods for capturing, transferring & applying that
knowledge. Life-experience knowledge needs to be separated between
work & personal.

When an employee leaves vast amounts of intellectual-property are at
risk. To counteract this brain-drain it is critical that the employee's
intellectual-property is preserved. It becomes essential to capture &
preserve this knowledge before the employee leaves. Capturing means
audio (story-telling), video (showing), shadowing (work alongside).

Individual's life-experience knowledge (intellectual-property) needs to
be shared with the community & family. Community-sharing comes
via the Free Education system. Sharing means oral, audio (story-
telling) video (showing), shadowing (hands on).

Family-sharing comes via children & grandchildren. Sharing means
oral, audio (story-telling), video (showing), shadowing (hands on).

Must Do

Organizations must capture, preserve & re-use their
employees intellectual- property.

Community's must utilize their citizens intellectual-
property for the good of all.

Family's must capture, preserve & nurture their
intellectual-property.

Every individual from age 14 should record their life-
experiences (both positive & unsettling).

Knowledge-Continuity makes an individual's life-
experience knowledge (intellectual property) immortal.
