| Greed is practiced by individuals, entities & government. |
| Greed is a Failing against GOD & against the community. |
| Greed is immoral it is a crime & needs punishing. |
| Greed is exploiting workers. |
| Greedy Profiteering Bosses use the Slave-driver creed: underpaid, unpaid overtime, underage, unsafe, unhealthy, slave-driving (work more & faster), casual employment. Globalization. Free-trade. |
| The Slave-driver creed is immoral, unhealthy (stress, accidents, death) & anti-social. |
| Bosses that apply parts or all of the Slave-driver creed need to be punished. |
| Greed is Freehold (owning land) & Investment Property(real estate). |
| Freehold land is public land plundered from the community by corrupt criminal government & sold to evil criminal greedy profiteers. Freehold land is used by investors to drive up property prices (denying the community affordable shelter). These investors erect flimsy buildings charging overpriced rent. People who can't pay become homeless. Investment Property is not really bought for rental income but used as tax-evasion. Resulting in decaying buildings & the emergence of slums unsuitable for human habitation. |
| All land needs to be owned by Local-Government. Freehold land being stolen goods Local Government has to pay no compensation when transferring title. Investment Property both land & Buildings are taken control of by Local Government. Owner Occupier can stay in house until they want to move or die. Then Local Government takes control (there is no estate for property). |
