| At Age 10 – 14: boys (Scholars) attend 6 days a week boys only classes at 'Provincial education & health Complex' (PehC) Boy’s only school. |
| Scholars belong to a group of 14, they learn through watch, listen, try, understand & teach (wltut). |
| Scholars when completing year 14 receive a "Boy School Diploma" |
| Fathers on 1 day a week roster-duty are trained & operate as teachers aid. |
| Attending fathers receive for 1 day a pro/rata weekly minimum wage (wmw1). |
| Fathers not attending go to 7 day Rehabilitation |
| At Age 15–17: girls (Scholars) attend 6 days a week rewarded (wmw1) classes at SheC: Family College. |

| Scholars when completing year 17 receive a "Family College Diploma" |
| 62 year old teach: SHE passes on Life Experiences to next generation (rewarded wmw3) at Family College. |
| At Age 15 – 18: boys start a 3 year rewarded (wmw1) apprenticeship at 'Provincial education Complex' (PeC) Apprentice College |
| Apprentices belong to a group of 14, they learn through watch, listen, try, understand & teach (wltut). |

| After completing 7 years work experience as Supervisor *(wmw4) HE or SHE may attend 'Provincial education Complex' (PeC) Leadership Training |
| 1 year supervisor attend 'Leadership Training Camp' 1 day rewarded *(wmw4) & work 5 days a week. When completing the year they receive the "Leader Certificate" |
| After completing 7 years work experience as Leader *(wmw5) HE or SHE may attend 'Provincial-government Health & Emergency Center' (PHE) Leadership Training Camp. |
| 2 years Leaders attend 'Leadership Training Camp' 1 day rewarded *(wmw5) & work 5 days a week. When completing the 2 years they receive the "Manager Degree" |
| After completing 7 years work experience as Manager *(wmw6) HE or SHE may attend 'Provincial-government Health & Emergency Center' (PHE) Leadership Training Camp. |
| 2 years managers attend 'Leadership Training Camp' 1 day rewarded *(wmw6) & work 5 days a week. When completing the year they receive the "Administrator Degree" |
| Administrator is rewarded *(wmw7) maximum wage. |
| Age 62 every HE & SHE become mandatory Life Experiences teacher *(wmw3) |
