Custodian-Zenturion

HE & 1 SHE)
are elected for a
term of 3 years on Fun-Day of Week 4 Mercury-month at their local Gathering by the Klan in a conscience vote (secret ballot). The person with the most votes is elected. The elected Custodian- Zenturion has to make a Truth-Statement. Then becomes member of the Universe Custodian Guardians. |

C-Zenturion
are the elected
leaders representing
the Gathering
to the local community & local government. These leaders are passionate about 1GOD & 1 FAITH. They are committed to the underlying purpose of the U C G spreading of GOD's latest Message (Law-Giver Manifest) its application & its protection. They lead by fearless ethical & professional example show determination, discipline, humility & persistence. |

A
key task is to communicate & promote a shared understanding of
the U C G purpose by developing & implementing powerful strategies for moving the Gathering in the direction of their shared vision. Goals with a timeline are set. GOD's latest Message (Law-Giver Manifest) is spread through Free Education & Government schools using 1st Learn & then Teach & Gatherings. |

During the
C-Zenturion's
3 Year term it may become necessary to
elect a Custodian-Praytorian to the Orackle in a secret ballot (7_7 rule applies), a C-Zenturion is expected to vote. The 2 C-Zenturion keep in touch with the C-Praytorians of the Orackle. |

|
With a
new
C-Praytorian
position a
C-Zenturion may nominate himself or nominate another C-Zenturion or just vote. In case of a C-Praytorian re-election a C-Zenturion may just vote or do as with a new position creating an opponent. Of the 2 C-Zenturions of a Gathering 1 may become a C-Praytorian. |

| 1. | Not repay violence with violence* |
| 2. | Observe so as to become aware of anti-social behavior & anti-habitat behavior |
| 3. | Protest injustice, amorality, & environmental-vandalism |
| 4. | Resolve conflict through assessment, listening & discussion |
| 5. | Socialize to familiarize myself with all the different groups in our community |
| 6. | Speak up for what is right |
| 7. | Stand up for the unfairly attacked, disadvantaged, weak & needy |
| *If persuasion fails. Unarmed self-defense is allowed. | |
