tyranny. Leadership by committee is fair. Basic! A Committee is elected by secret- ballot. The person with the most votes is elected. |

Elders elect 2 members (Custodian-Zenturion) to the Universe Custodian Guardians. Universe Custodian Guardians governance consists of Members electing 14 Custodian-Praytorian who form an Orackle. Rule 7HE & 7 SHE. |

2 'Kalifs'.
The community elect (1st past the post) Kalifs, Provincial-Government supply 3Advisor together they make up a Shire-Council. |

Voters elect 70 Rulers
(35HE & 35SHE) who make up Parliament. 36 Rulers known as Legislators form a Government. Non-Government Rulers are called Checkers. The Checkers supply a Ruler-Umpire who Chairs' Parliament. |

Run Owned not-for profit) use a 'Decision-making Committee' (D-mC). This committee is made of 7 members representing management, workers, customers & suppliers. |
