| The
'FAITH'
committee
for
each
'Gathering'
is called 'Klan'.
This Klan of 14 Elders is yearly elected (Week 2 Mercury-month) by 'Supporters' using the 7_7 Rule (7HE & 7SHE). |
| The
'Universe
Custodian Guardians'
committee for each
'Oratory'
is
called 'Orackle'. This committee of 14 Praytorian is 7 yearly elected by 'Zenturions' using the 7_7 Rule (7HE & 7SHE). |
| The
'Shire'
committee is called 'Council'.
This Council of 5 has 2
'Kalifs'
(1 HE & 1 SHE) 4yearly 'Community' elected* + 3 Administrators picked & hired by Kalifs from a Provincial-Government pool. |
| The
'Province'
committee is called 'Parliament'.
This
committee of 70 'Rulers' 4yearly 'Community' elected* Form a Government & opposition. Note ! 'Universe Custodian Guardians' support only 1 Parliament no senate or house of revue. |

(Space
exploration & colonization)
has
a committee called
'S-X
C'
(Space- Exploration Court). This committee of 7 Judges (1 from each Province) is elected 7 yearly by Provincial-Parliaments. |
| CROn
(Community
Run & Owned not-for-profit business)
has a committee called
'D-mC'. This committee of 7, 6 are elected yearly by stakeholders + 1 is hired. Note ! 'Universe Custodian Guardians' support only 'CROn' as business model & 'D-mC' as management. |
| Basic! A Committee is elected by secret-ballot. |
| The
person with the most votes is
elected. Then the person
with the second highest ... until the committee is elected. |
| Mandatory requirements to
be
acceptable as
Committee candidate: Minimum age 35, be a parent, physical & mentally able to do the duties of a Committee-member. |
| Any
Committee-member that was absent from meetings 7 times during a year need replacing. Replaced committee- member cannot be elected to any committee for 14 years. |
| Should a
Committee-member need replacing. Another
person need be elected to serve the rest of the term. |
| Committees should meet every 1st week of each month. |
| NOTE!
Governance
that comes via Estate or Appointment (non-elected Governance E.g. Hereditary: Title, Position & Power) is Unearned, corrupt, criminal & needs reversing & prosecuting. |

every year. A Leader needs a committee for input, audit & focus. A key leadership task is to communicate & promote a shared understanding of the committee's purpose by developing & implementing powerful strategies for moving the group in the direction of their shared vision. |
