| The Orackle is a committee of 14 'Praytorian' elected in a conscience vote (secret ballot)by Zenturions for a term of 7 years using the 7_7 rule. |
| The Orackle meets in 3 Chambers, the 'She-Boudoir', the 'He-Retreat' & the 'FAITH-Sanctum'. |
| There are 14 Orackle duties: |
| Implement the 'Law-Giver Manifest' & Mission. |
| Elect an 'Apprentice-Proclaimer' who liaises with the Custodian-Proclaimer. Set re-election year for Zenturions & Praytorians. |
| Liaise with 'Gathering' via Zenturions. |
| Keep lists: 'Gatherings', 'Shuns', 'CROn'.. |
| Hold 'Campaigns'. |
| Hold annual 'Mess'. |
| Actively support 'Space-Colonization'. |
| Establish & run 'UCG- Media'. |
| Stand Up to Corruption, Immorality, Injustice, & Violence. |
| Protect the 'Environment' & punish 'Polluters'. |
| Eliminate private-enterprise, globalization, credit & consumerism. |
| Eliminate Elitism, Unearned-benefits & Wealth-apartheid. |
| Punish Evil wherever, whenever unceasing. |
| Liaise with provincial-government. |
| Should a Custodian-Praytorian need replacing. A replacement need be elected to serve the rest of the 7 year term. |
| Custodian-Praytorian re-election years are set by Orackle. |
| Note! The Orackle cannot implement any action that contravenes the Law-Giver Manifest. |
