Encourage humankind to live up to their destiny to be custodian guardian of Earth & eventually the Universe. |

Establish the Universe Custodian Guardians consisting of 7 Meeting-Places in 7 Provinces: |
| Africa, Amazonia, America, Europa, Mongolia, Oceania, & Persindia | |
| Each Province has its elected independent administration supporting the major language. |

Use non-violent solutions (no killing of humans for any reason) |

Make Free Education available to people whom genuinely seek it. |
