People elect
Committees, committees elect leaders. A Leader needs a committee for input, audit & focus. Note! Any governance that comes via Estate or Appointment is Unearned, corrupt, criminal & needs reversing. |

Elected leaders represent
their group to the community
& government.
They are passionate about their group & are committed to the underlying purpose of the group's aspiration; spreading its application & its integrity. |

A key leadership task is to communicate & promote a shared understanding of the group's purpose by developing & implementing powerful strategies for moving the group in the direction of their shared vision. |

With the committee: Establish main objectives (create templates); Create work-objectives, small goals with timelines (create templates); Establish work-teams to implement work-objectives; Get feedback: work-teams (implementation, problems, improvement ideas) customers (customer service, warranty, improvement ideas) suppliers (ordering, cooperative forward planning, improvement ideas); Absorb feedback (evaluate, reply, reward); Evaluate business performance Indicators; Audit previous 6 steps. |
