Rehab : Basics

Education Rehab provided by the Shire applies to 3 age
groups (teenage, juvenile & adult). Rehabilitator has to
pay for rehabilitation. Rehab is trough community-
service & education. Rehabilitator is picked up 6 days a
week (not Fun-Day) 1hour after Sunrise* & taken home
1 hour before Sunset* & goes home for the night.

Duties Rehab provided by the Shire applies to 3 age
groups (teenage, juvenile & adult). Rehab is trough
education & duties. Rehabilitator has to pay for Rehab
Rehabilitator is picked up 1hour after Sunrise*, day 1 of
week & taken home 1 hour before Sunset* on day 6.
Rehabilitator stays overnight & goes home Fun-Day.

Cage Rehab provided by the Province applies to2 age
groups (juvenile & adult). Rehabilitation is trough
education & work. Juvenile & Adult are separated. Is
allowed 4 visits a year.

2nd chance Rehab adult only. Rehabilitation is trough
education & work. Is allowed 3 visits every year.

Criminal Rehab. Rehabilitation is trough hard & dirty
work. Is allowed 2 visits every year.

Hardcore Rehab. Rehabilitation is trough hard, dirty &
dangerous work. Is allowed 1 visit every year.

Judgment-Day Rehab. Rehabilitation is trough work in
a Chain-gang & volunteering (medical-research). Their
is no recreation. No visits.

*New-Age time-management: Klock, Time-Triangle ...

Rehabilitation involves education, asset seizures & caging.

Rehabilitation has 7 grades (MS-R1-7). Their are 2 types of Rehabilitation, Shire &
Provincial. Which of the 2 apply depends on age & MS-R grade. 3 age groups are
covered, Teenage (8-14), Juvenile (15-17 SHE/18 HE) & Adult (SHE 18+, HE 19+).

Children under 8 years are not prosecuted. Punishment is handled by parents & teachers.

When 15 transferred to Juvenile-Rehabilitation.	When18(SHE)/19(HE) transferred to 'PRC'.

7 Adult (SHE 18+, HE 19+) Rehabilitation:	E.g. Accused pleads Guilty gets a total of 27 years: MS-R5 Criminal Rehab, Provincial Rehabilitation.
R1 Education Rehab (Shire) 3*6# months
R2 Duties Rehab (Shire) 1*2# years
R3 Cage Rehab (Province) 3*6# years	Rehabilitation punishes the Guilty & protects the Community! It is the Just form of punishment. It helps Guilty. The Guilty is explained his wrong-doing, taught to apologize, how to make amends & become a useful member of the Community, no more disgrace the family, rehabilitate & help other misguided Souls to do the same!
R4 2nd chance Rehab (Province) 7*14# years
R5 Criminal Rehab (Province) 14*28# years
R6 Hardcore Rehab (Province) 28*56# years
R7 Judgment-Day Rehab (Province) 57 years until death.
Execution N as Punishment is unacceptable
