Justice is needed for a community to function & survive

Eatable, healthy food ~ Protective, affordable
clothing ~ Hygienic, affordable shelter ~
Worship & Believe in 1GOD ~ Free Speech with
moral restrains ~ Mate, start family ~ Have a pet
Have violent-free community ~ Free treatment
when sick ~ Free education ~ Rewarded work ~
Receive respect ~ Receive justice ~ End with
dignity ~ Have freely elected government ~

Justice is mandatory & accumulative Sentencing.

Mandatory Sentencing brings consistency of Sentencing & the appearance of equality.
Prevents corrupt & incompetent Officer of the Court interfering with Sentencing.

When things or events happen Justice needs to
establish Truth :

1.What happened; 2.What caused the happening;
3.Was human ignorance involved; 4.Was human
negligence involved; 5.Was human evil involved;
6.How to give justice through compensation &
rehabilitation. 7.What lessons can be learned from
this happening.

Governance is shared equally by HE & SHE (no exceptions).

Governance legislates Laws, finds Truth, ensures Accountability, provides Rehabilitation
& orders compensation.

Justice starts with an individual "YOU". You need to be 'Just'. Being Just is the
foundation from which 'Justice' rises up.

Being Just & receiving Justice is ideal. Reality is that there are unjust people who create
In-Justice. Each individual has a moral & civil (public)-duty to remove In-Justice.

The Just need to group up & establish 'Governance'. Governance mandatorily
consist of multi-choice 'Committee'. 1 person &/or hereditary (Monarchy)
Governance is Tyranny. Tyrants must be prosecuted & Rehabilitated.

Justice is a !BASIC! human need. Justice is essential for a community to function &
survive. Justice has to establish Truth & rectify In-Justice.

People live in social-groups (communities). Communities need 'Laws' (Rules &
Regulations) to function & survive. When there appears a breach of Law, 'Truth' must be
found. Should their be a breach of Law, 'Accountability' needs to follow. Accountability
may find guilt & establish loss. Guilt leads to mandatory 'Rehabilitation'. Loss needs to
