& eccentric demanding that other individuals & the community condone & even accept their behavior as normal. The functioning of a community needs to always negate any needs of a libertarian. |

do not support anti-social behavior & extreme libertarians. However they condone eccentric's. |
| GOD-given Obligations convert to
Community-Duties.
Duties everyone is obliged to complete.. Fulfilling GOD-given Obligations entitles a person to GOD-given Privileges. Completing Community-Duties entitles Human-Rights. |

Life-long, seek, gain & apply knowledge ~ Mate to multiply & start own family ~ Honor, respect your parents & grandparents ~ Guard the Environment & all its life-forms ~ Use 'Law-Giver Manifest', spread its message ~ Avoid & clean up Pollution ~ Protect animals from cruelty & extinction ~ Stand up for the unfairly attacked, disadvantaged, weak & needy ~ Feed the hungry, shelter homeless & comfort sick ~ Protest injustice, amorality, & environmental- vandalism ~ Do rewarded work, no loafing ~ Be Good Punish Evil ~ Be just & give deserved respect ~ Cremate, close graveyards ~ Vote in all Elections ~ |

a community to function, prosper & Survive, community-duties must be
established & implemented by all community-members, to the best of their ability & personal limitations. Because humans are imperfect Community- Duties are enforceable by Law. Dereliction of Duty is Anti-Community immoral a crime needing prosecuting, "MS R2". |
