Guilty but not Guilty (Celebrity Law) a criminal is
found guilty but his guilt is not recorded & goes free.
This type of sentencing is popular in Australia (Convicts
run the country). e.g. A SHE is brutalized, HE is found
Guilty but his guilty find is ignored so it will not interfere
with his celebrity status & he can sign Million $ radio
contracts. Universe Custodian Guardians oppose Guilty
but not guilty its a mockery of Law, the Courts & Justice.
This type of sentencing is corrupt criminal (Any Court
officer that hands out Guilty but not guilty sentences
needs to be removed from office & prosecuted).

Suspended Sentence a criminal is found guilty but
gets his sentence suspended & goes free. This type of
sentencing is criminal, wasting resources & time of Court
& Law-enforcement. Universe Custodian Guardians
oppose Suspended Sentencing why bother prosecuting.
(Any Court officer that hands out Suspended Sentences
needs to be removed from office & prosecuted).

Serving Sentences consecutively (SSc) E.g. Criminal (A) with 3 (7+7+7)guilty
verdicts of 7years = 21 years. Serves only 1 guilty verdict = 7years. The Criminal is
rewarded for being a serial criminal having his sentence reduced by 14 years. Universe
Custodian Guardians believe the criminal needs to serve 21years of Rehabilitation. All
guilty sentences are added (7+7+7 = 21 years)

Past Sentences are ignored when Sentencing (PSi) E.g. A criminal reoffends twice
& is sentenced to 7+7 years his previous conviction was 21years. The previous sentencing
is ignored. The criminal serves 7 years (includes serving consecutively). Universe
Custodian Guardians believe that a repeat offender has not learned from his previous
rehabilitation & therefore his previous conviction has to be added to the present
conviction. E.g. 21+14 = 35 years Rehabilitation.

Both 'Parole & Early-Release' are the most corrupt of the Discount Sentences. E.g. In
the above Parole could result in a hardcore criminal serving 3 years instead of 21 years.
This type of sentencing is corrupt & unjust. (All Parole boards need to cease operating)

Discount Sentencing is corrupt & unjust. This form of sentencing is opposed by the
Universe Custodian Guardians.

Discount Sentencing must be annulled. Backdating legislation needs to be enacted to
have all existing discount sentences re-sentenced. Discount Sentencing needs to be
replaced by mandatory Sentencing.
