| The purpose
of Courts is to establish
'Guilt' or 'Absence of Guilt'
for alleged breaches of Law. The tool used to establish a finding is 'Truth'. Truth is found by collusion not by being adversarial. |
| Mandatory Sentencing
& Rehabilitation (MS-R)
apply. Judges
& Magistrate are Umpires helping to find 'Truth' establish guilt or absence of guilt & hand-out 'MS-R'. After MS-R the Umpires have discretionary power on what form of compensation (if any) is given. |
|
'Truth' must
be established regardless of any plead.
Pleading guilty does
not hinder finding 'Truth'. The Accused must answer all questions. Refusal to answer brings on 'MS-R7' without the option of appeal. The pursued of 'Truth' continuous to make sure there are no other guilty. |
