Trial Videos

Allowing media cameras at trial turns the trial into
entertainment. The establishing & implementing of
Justice is not entertainment. Note ! Discreet Security-
cameras are allowed.

When facing cameras Judge (Magistrate), Prosecutor &
Lawyer/Barrister, accused & witnesses behave different
than they would if their were no cameras. With cameras
at trial people will not act & behave natural. Undermining the reading of body language, facial
expression, tone of voice & usage of language. People
also would dress different to create an unnatural image.
This will undermine the integrity of court proceedings
turning them into theatre.

Note ! Covering face is not allowed (Contempt of Court)

Justice need's a Court-Media.

People have a right & a need to see & hear all parts of Justice & how they operate. This
does not mean a Court is used for Propaganda, Entertainment, Public-Relations or as
Media-Circus.

Before Trial.

Media reporting before Trial is limited to name of Accused, which Court & date of Trial.
Note! Any other reporting (e.g. charges, witness-names, court-officials, opinions,
comments...) is contempt of Court which needs prosecuting.

There is a Media ban on reporting during trial.

Media breaking ban is in contempt of court.

Media gives a 'Detail-Trial Report' after trial conclusion.

'Detail-Trial Report': Who was accused (picture, address, employer, parents)? What
where the charges? Court officials ... Verdict/Reasoning & punishment if any. Media
should give an opinion & comment. Note! Judge (Magistrate) cannot (ever) suppress
detailed reporting by Media for any reason (National-Security, Privacy, Corrupt-Law...)

Appeal

Media reporting before Trial, during Trial & after Trial rules apply.

Freedom of Detail-Trial reporting is sacred.

Suppressing means protecting the 'Guilty'. Protecting the 'Guilty' is a threat to the
Community. The community have a right to know the 'Guilty (picture, address, employer
, parents)', the appeal-result & reasoning ('Detail-Trial Report'). Any denial (E.g. Judge
Suppression-order after Appeal) of this activity needs punishing.

Any Judge/Magistrate issuing a Suppression-order after Trial needs to be removed from
the Judiciary. Have their Professional-credentials cancelled. Be prosecuted!
