Note! 7_7 Rule means 7 He & 7 SHE on a committee of 14 elected in a secret ballot 1st passed the post.

Custodian-Zenturion elect Custodian-Praytorians who form (7_7 rule applies) an Orackle which
meets at the provincial Oratory.

The Orackle elects 1 Custodian-Praytorian apprentice Guardian-Proclaimer who becomes Life-
member. When the time comes 1 of the Apprentices is elected Custodian-Guardian-Proclaimer.

At a local Gathering Supporters elect (secret ballot) 14 Elders to form a Klan (committee) using the 7_7
rule (7HE, 7SHE ).

The Klan elect 2 Custodian-Zenturion (1 HE & 1 SHE) who become Members of the Universe Custodian Guardians representing the local Gathering.

Supporters are the foundation of the FAITH
& Universe Custodian Guardians.

Supporters (attending) elect (Mercury-month,
Week 2, on Fun-Day at their local Gathering) in a
secret ballot a minimum of 1 Elder (for 1 year) up
to a maximum of 14 Elders (7_7 rule applies).
Elders may be re-elected unlimited times. When
an Elder need replacing (replacement is elected to
serve until the next term election).

Custodian-Zenturion (1 HE & 1 SHE) are
elected for a term of 3 years on Fun-Day of Week 4
Mercury-month at their local Gathering by the Klan
in a secret ballot. The person with the most votes is
elected. The 2 elected have to make a Truth-
Statement. Then become members of the Universe
Custodian Guardians. Note! Custodian-
Zenturion re-election years are set by the Orackle

Custodian-Praytorian (7 HE & 7 SHE) are
elected by the Zenturions for a 7 year term.

The 14 Praytorians form a committee the
Orackle which deliberates at the Oratory.

The Orackle elect 1 of them (either HE or SHE) as
Apprentice Guardian Proclaimer for a term of 3
years. After 3 years an ACP becomes Life-member
or is replaced with another 3 year term ACP.
