learns to listen & recognize his parents voices. The parents teach by talking, reading, shouting, singing, making music, laughing, introducing the sounds of pets. Fetus gains its 1st life-experiences. Parents to be gain their 1st experience in parenting. |

learn through study, comprehension, understanding & repetition. The fast learners teach (assist educator) the slow learners. |

(intellectual- property) needs to become immortal needs to be preserved. The Knowledge-Continuity approach identifies critical knowledge & provides methods for capturing, transferring & applying that knowledge. Life -experience knowledge needs to be separated between work & personal. |
| When an employee leaves vast amounts of intellectual- property are at risk. To counteract this brain-drain it is critical that the employee's intellectual- property is preserved.
