| 2. | Observe so as to become aware of anti-social behavior & anti-habitat behavior. |
| 3. | Protest injustice, amorality, & environmental-vandalism. |
| 4. | Resolve conflict through assessment, listening & discussion |
| 5. | Socialize to familiarize yourself with all the different groups in your community. |
| 6. | Speak up for what is right. |
| 7. | Stand up for the unfairly attacked, disadvantaged, weak & needy |
| * | If persuasion fails. Unarmed self-defense is allowed. |

| The Klan after having elected at least 1 Custodian-Zenturion applies* for Membership of Universe Custodian Guardians. |
| The Klan application 2 effects the Gathering & Custodian-Zenturion. |
| 1) Membership brings recognition for the Gathering as being a part of Universe Custodian Guardians. |
| The Gathering can now use everything available on the website: www.universecustodianguardians.org. It can also raise funds 90% stay with the Gathering 10% are forwarded to the Oratory account**. |
| The Oratory account transfers' 1% to the Guardian-Proclaimer to use for spreading GOD's latest Message: Law-Giver Manifest. |
| 2) The Custodian-Zenturion becomes member of the Universe Custodian Guardians. This makes the Custodian-Zenturion the official representative of the Gathering with Universe Custodian Guardians. |
| Membership for the Custodian-Zenturion allows nomination to be elected to become a Custodian-Praytorian. |
| *Membership-application **No Oratory established yet, funds are transferred to Guardian-Proclaimer, until Oratory is established. |
| Membership may be revoked if in breach of the Law-Giver Manifest. Any breach would be investigated & dealt with. |
