| A CRBC is situated in a 4 level (Ground-level, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Solar-panel-roof) building. | |
| Ground-level is Storage, goods-in & goods-out for retail-outlet & Bazaar. |

| Level 1 is the CROn-Retail area including Beverage-Bar. | |
| Level 2 is the Bazaar, everything homemade / homegrown. | |
| Level 3 is Administration & workers break area. | |
| The whole Roof consists of Solar-panels. | |
| The 'CROn¹-Retail & Bazaar Complex' (CRBC) replaces Shopping Centers & Shopping-Malls. |

CRBC
are situated in a 4 level building. A CRBC is next to a 'Shire
medical & education Complex'
(SmeC) both are surrounded by Communal-Cluster-Housing² & Work-Chapels. This makes a 'Shire-Oasis'. |

CRBC opens Day 1-5,
1 hour after Sunrise³,
closing 1 hour before Sunset³.
CRBC opens Day 6, 1 hour after Sunrise³, closing Midday³. From Midday³ to 1 hour before Sunset³ is clean-up, maintenance & repairs. |
