| 'Lifestyle-Advisor' attends, reports & votes at 'Shire' Council. Must attend weekly Sentinel training. |

'Lifestyle-Advisor'
is responsible for:
Supervision of by-laws,
Sheriff,
fire prevention, work-safety, food control & animal control. Operation of Aquatic & fitness center, library & communication. Tourism, entertainment, religion. |

| 'Habitat-Advisor' attends, reports & votes at 'Shire' Council. Must attend weekly Sentinel training. |

'Habitat-Advisor'
is responsible for:
The
protection of Fauna, Flora & life-forms. Land
acquisition, developing & servicing. Shire-planning & implementation, building & building control. Construction & maintenance of drainage, sewerage & water supply. Construction & maintenance of roads, footpaths, traffic-signs & underground cables. Cleaning of streets, rubbish collection, operation of dumps |

Welfare-Advisor'.
The Advisor is a temp
for 7 months & if found suitable becomes a fulltime Shire employee. Wage: 7xWmW |

The Shire is governed by Committee of 5 the 'Shire-Council'. This Council consists of 2 'Kalifs' (1 HE & 1 SHE) 4yearly 'Community' elected* + 3 Administrators picked & hired by Kalifs from a Provincial-Government pool. *C-G Kalender |

The
'Shire'
guards the local Habitat. Everyone living in the 'Shire' has an obligation to look after & preserve the Habitat. 'Shire' failures: Extinction of plant & creature species, Pollution, Homelessness, Illiterateness, Thirst, Starvation, Unemployment. |

'Shire'
encourages the establishing of 'Community Run & Owned not-for- profit business' 'CROn'. The 'Shire' encourages the conversion of private ownership to community ownership. |

The 3
'Advisors'
meet regularly with both 'Kalifs'. Transcripts (audio-video) are taken of each meeting. The public is not admitted to these meetings. Both 'Kalifs' & the 3 'Advisors' hold a public meeting 1 a month. The public can question the Council members. Were possible the 'Kalifs' &/or the 'Advisors' should reply straight away. Deferred reply (s) should be answered at the next public-meeting. |

'Advisors'
scrutinize the 'Kalifs' should they find moral or professional fault with a 'Kalif' they object to the Provincial Government. Criminal- activity by a Kalif is reported to the Marshalls for prosecution |
