| The convert term for Tribes is Provinces. Provinces are the social & political reality of the Tribes. There are 7 Provinces (map): |
| Africa, Amazonia, America, Europa, Mongolia, Oceania, Persindia. |
| There are no international waters oceans are divided between the 7 Provinces |
| Provincial Government is established by dissolving national, state & colonial government, districts & territories but not Local-Government. E.g. : |
| Africa, Amazonia, America, Europa, Mongolia, Oceania, Persindia. |
| Provinces are governed by Central-Government. Central-Government is a Parliament that consists of 70 Rulers. Rulers are elected every 7 years by the 1st past the post system. Candidates are individuals not groups (political parties). Any Ruler not completing his term is replaced by the person with the next highest vote. |
| 36 Rulers are needed to form a Government. The Government Rulers are known as Legislators & non-Government Rulers are called Checkers. |
| The Checkers supply a Ruler-Umpire who Chairs' Parliament. |
| Legislation presented cannot be amended but withdrawn. Every Ruler gets to talk 7 minutes to support or defeat or withdraw the presented Legislation. |
| Legislation is passed with 36 votes. The Ruler-Umpire has no vote. |
| Passed Legislation applies next-day or may be backdated. |
