Justice is a !BASIC! human need.

Justice is needed for a community to function & survive.

When things or events happen Justice needs to establish:

1.What happened; 2.What caused the happening; 3.Was human ignorance involved; 4.Was human negligence involved; 5.Was human evil involved; 6.How to give justice through compensation & rehabilitation. 7.What lessons can be learned from this happening;

Justice needs a 3-tier court system: Local/Provincial/Appeal Courts.

E.g. Local Hearing-Chambers verdict may be taken to Appeals-Chambers (Provincial).

Provincial Trial-Court verdict may be taken to Appeals-Court (Provincial).

Note! There is no-civil litigation. Courts decide Rehabilitation & also if any & in what form compensation is to be given. Any court-hearing covers all known facts to achieve Justice.

Justice is to be reached through 3 parties:

Community interest is represented by the prosecution,

the accused interest is represented by a Lawyer/Barrister,

& the bringer of justice (Magistrate/Judges).

Note! there is no Jury.

The Universe Custodian Guardians oppose Juries.

Mandatory Sentencing is essential to Justice.

Mandatory Sentencing brings consistency of Sentencing & the appearance of equality.
