| Justice starts with each individual. Each individual is expected to be Just (Scroll: 5, Virtue 8) & oppose Injustices. |
| Each individual has a GOD given right to Receive Justice (Scroll: 3 Privilege 6). |
| Both the individual & community need the Law-Giver Manifest as guide. |
| Injustices occur because of Anti-social behaviour by individual (s) and/or entity (s). |
| Injustices need to be rectified. To rectify Injustices, Regulations & Rules must be established. |
| All Regulations & Rules must apply equal to all Individuals & Entities (No exceptions). Every breaking of Regulations & Rules must be punished (No exceptions). |
| Regulations broken are Breaches established & enforced by Local-Government. Breaches are judged in Hearing-Chambers. Accused is charged by Sheriff, defended by Lawyer, judged by Magistrate. Appeals by Sheriff &/or Lawyer are heard by Appeals-Chambers (Provincial). |
| Rules broken become Crimes committed & enforced by Provincial-Government. Crimes are judged in Trial-Court. Accused is charged by Marshall, defended by Barrister, judged by 3 Judges (majority ruling). Appeals by Marshall &/or Barrister are heard by Appeals-Court (Provincial). |
| Note! there is no Jury. |
| The Universe Custodian Guardians oppose Juries. |
| Justice needs Mandatory-Sentencing legislated by Governments for Breaches & Crimes. |
| Rehabilitation involves education, asset seizures & caging. |
| Physical Justice is supplemented by Spiritual Justice. |
