E.g. 3 Supermarkets selling almost the same products for the same price. 99% of prices are identical making competition a Fantasy. Duplication is expensive making lower prices a Myth. Cost-cutting, understaffing, poorly trained underpaid (juniors, casuals) staff result in poor or non-existing 'Customer- service'. |
